I juz saw this web,
Is about stress or wad
So I went, and they said something like-
When you are under stress, try this short exercise.
Rewind your life backwards 10 yrs, and think how important this problem of yours is.
Now come back to the present and rewind your life forward 10 years.
Again, think of how important this problem is.
Now go back to the present and you perspective might have changed.
