I juz came back from my sleepover. Actually not. I was back in the afternoon then i slept till 7! Haha. Cuz yesterday nite, we were suppose to be staying up the whole night. But then we got tired and fell asleep, lOL!

But in the day I plaed with my frenz hamster, Boiboi. So cute! I fed it. And I stroke. Haha. Hiazz....

Well, my cousins shud be coming soon! Yay! a few days to my cousins, a bit more to my birthday, a bit more to christmas and a bit more to school reopens. OH NO.

Hi! Good news! Very, very good news!

Remember in the previous post I said I might get to go to a sleepover? Yay!

1 cent if you guess if I got to go. (it's SOOOOO obvious)

Well, of course I did!! Yay! This Wed! That's juz 3 days away! And then, 7 days from then, my cousins will be arriving in Singapore! HU----RAY!

Well for the sleepover, I'm going over in the morning, we'll play then I'll sleep at her hse. BUT *ding ding ding* we promised to NOT sleep! Haha! Whoever sleeps first loses... :P. Well I can't imagine who's gonna fall asleep cuz me and my friend has planned great stuff for the night! LOLs!
We'll be playing Animal Kingdom. (You may tink it's lame, but since both me n me friend likes Pretend/Imaginary games, we luuuuv it!)

I can't wait!

And tomorrow, I'll be going for the Made With Love workshop, yay! I'm supposed to bring 7 pictures of a theme and I'll bring 7 pictures about Destination Imagination! Yay.

Wow ppl if you ask me what I did for my holiday, I'd say I played and went on a Book Reading Spree. LOL. Which is totally NOT what a kid who will be having VERY IMPORTANT EXAMS next year should be doing. ZzZ.

YOu should see what I've read... and go berserk. I've read a whole series of books juz becoz of 1 book on the ERP list... The series is called [The Dark is Rising], so i juz read the whole thing and was very nice. I read... Boys are Dogs, I read... lots of bks lah. Cant bother to list them out.

My ma is a very unique ma cuz unlike other ma(s), she enjoys playing com games with us! Well only the word games but its fun and educational. Yay! So lots of times we'll bug her to plae with us. :P

I mangaed to squish my stuff somewhere.

This week i've been very bored. My routine evryday is Go to aunty hse, go to the bed, take a book and read, do my work, etc. All on the bed! :) I've made a house out of the bed... a comfy hse with a TV too.

Boring! But I might be having a sleepover at my friends hse if her mom agrees. My mom it SHOULD be ok if is at our house.... see first lor. Yay!

ON the 10 December, my nanny is going to Hong Kong Disneyland with the whole of her family in the morning. On the 10 December, my cousins and their family are coming to Singapore. ON the 10 December, my mother needs to work. ON the 10 December, my mother's friend, Wye Yinn Jiejie and Andrew Khorkhor will be taking care of us until my mother reaches home or my cousins arrive. Yay! I was wondering if I could juz stay in the library the whole day if no one was gonna take care of us, but trust me my mama's 2 frenz r very fun n interesting and funny. In fact, Wye Yinn Jiejie will probably be reading this post soon, she reads my blog a lot. (I think)

Haha. Crazy rite, but cool. LOL. I normally read ppl's blog, then forget whateva was there. But WyeYinn Jiejie remembers. LOL. Like photographic memory, but not.

Hey all! Yesterday was a activity packed day...

First in the morning we went to the Library, then cycled to Science Centre to eat MacDonalds, then went to Jurong Point to buy presents. Let me elaborate a bit...

Well in the morning we went to the library to borrow books then i just sat there and read, read, read and read. Typical bookworm but I luv it.

after that we got hungry so we went home, then cycled to science centre and ate macdonalds. after that we went to the shop Curiosity and bought some "alphabet robots" for my brother's birthday (which is today).

when we were done, we took MRT to Jurong Point. First, we went to OCBC to bank in me and my brother's money into our "Mighty Savers' Account". after that we went to Kiddy Palace to look at toys. But we didnt buy anything. after that we went to Toys 'R' Us to buy toys. I found a Junior PDA (cost 14.90) and a Littlest Pet Shop thingy (cost 34.90) and my brother got 2 car toys sets.

Well, he can open them today but I have to wait 3 more weeks! Arrgh! LOLs. Well, bye for now!

well here's the update of the past few days- WEd, Thurs, Fri, and Sat.

they were all days when i was having the band camp. so wed, thurs and fri we practiced band songs, and played games. then saturday we performed. nothing much to say lols.

Hello all! I have lots, lots to tell you about! (today)

Well, here goes!

Firstly, today was the Band Sharing@Zhenghua Primary school. So in the morning we woke up and then went to school, and took our instruments and bla bla. Then, when we were in the bus and driving out to the school, we saw these few roads which were jammed up because a tree fell right across. But luckily is not our road jammed. So we reached the school, and bla.

Next, we had this game between the seniors (Primary 4,5 and 6) of captainball. The were 4 rounds in total and my team lost all 4!! The other peoples were very tall LOL. Then there was a guy from West View Primary School who was very tall. His friends called him Danial. He was tall and kept catching the balls and even threw very well. He was great, except that he actually pushed one of my team mates down onto the floor!!?

Then after that we had lunch and then we had some time for practicing our songs before we had to plae. It was quite ok when we performed, except the entering wasn't very orderly.

When coming home, I was walking to the bus stop when a woman asked me. This is our conversation (it was in Chinese, tho)

Woman: May I ask, do I take the bus at this side or the opposite side if I want to get to the MRT station?

Me: Ahhhm.... it's the opposite side.

Woman: And which bus should I take?

Me: I think 105 can bring you there...

Woman: Thank you!

The end. haha... was I quite polite? And it was all in chinese. So I continued walking towards the bus stop, and got on the bus. At one of the stops, a group of indian men got on the bus and they sort of delayed it because they kept talking to each other while getting on the bus, i think they were not sure if it was this bus they were supposed to take. Anyway, they got on.

Then I reached home! I saw an apple which had been pecked by birdies. So I took a picture. But I don't have it now. I'll post it another time.

Tomorrow I have to go to Band Camp in FengShan Primary School, at Bedok North Road. :( It is a 4 day day-camp so it's Wed, Thurs, Fri, Sat! So the 1st day my teacher will bring the 3 of us there by car as we have our instruments to bring, then when going back, a bus from the school will bring us to the Bedok MRT station and we can take MRT back home by ourselves. Then the second day onwards, since we leave our instruments in the school, we will take MRT to Bedok MRT station and then the bus will be there to bring us to the school. Haha...

Hey readers, sorry my posts have been so short lately! Well... let's see where to start...

After my Xiamen trip (which I will elaborate about in another post as I do not have some Important Documents with me now), I was pretty tired. Anyway there were only 3 more days of school so I just went and most of it was just card games. :)

After that, on Thursday, Primary 5 Prize-Giving Ceremony, I got diarrhea and vomiting. So I didn't come. That's how I spent my first 2 "unofficial" days of my holidays. After that, at about Friday in the afternoon it got better and I got well very soon after that.

On Saturday, I went for my music class (of course) and my teacher asked me to buy a few more books (about scales etc.) and also asked me if I was interested in taking my Theory Test Grade 2 (like many other people I skipped Grade 1) and I agreed immediately! So I have an extra test next year in March.

After my music class, my mom, brother and I went to the library and tried to borrow some of my Reading List books. Those books are supposed to help me understand next year's work better, I think. So I found 2 by Chaim Potok, but I sort of found it a bit boring. I borrowed them anyway. Then, we went up to the "Verging All Teens" sections (referred to VAT from now on) and from the first shelf my mom found about 1 or 2 of the books already! I started reading immediately. Once she had gotten lots of books, she brought my brother down to the Basement level where there were books for little kids (like him). And I stayed at VAT and read and read! After that, a band of some sort came and performed. I think they said there were from Park something... just not Linkin' Park. :)

On Sunday, my mom needed to return to office to work so we followed her back. We packed lots of stuff to do as well so we wouldn't get bored. I brought a book, some cards, and some rough paper to draw on. My brother stuffed his bag with toys! When we got there, my mom put us at 2 tables and then went to do her work. For lunch, I had curry chicken noodles! Yum!

When my mom finished her work, or at least had done enough for the day, which was at about 5+, we took a taxi to Chua Chu Kang, Lot 1, and caught the show [Madagascar Escape 2 Africa]! It was really nice, and cool! But to get the story please go and watch the show. :)

And today, in the morning from 9am to 12pm, we had band. Imagine the first "official" day of holidays and you can't sleep late and still have to go to school for CCA! But it was quite ok as the Instructor who I didn't like (I'll elaborate later) didn't come and another Instructor came. Hurray! And this instructor would concentrate section by section and we could do anything if it was not our turn and kept quiet. So I just kept reading my book until it was my (horn) section's turn. Quite uneventful, just preparing for tomorrow's Band Sharing @ Zhenghua Primary School. Yea, my whole 1st week of holidays is stuck with Band Practice! :( Wish me luck!

Now, about why I don't like that certain band instructor. She thinks she's boss, and whatever she tells us, which is that we will not get our DSA (Leadership Award) if we do not turn up for Band Practice on both Tuesdays and Fridays. But the Band Teacher in Charge says that she never heard of this and that we are still allowed to come only on one of the days. And another time, she scolded my section because we were playing the Bb scale from Low G but she expected us to play from our normal G up to High G. And she never told us!
She just said "Didn't I tell you before? Section Leader?"
then, as I was section leader and I had never ever heard of it,
I said "But you never told us before!"
she, of course, denied it,
She said "Of course I did, you just weren't listening!"
But I know it had to be wrong because I always listen during band practices and the other horn players also agreed that they had never heard her tell us about it.

So, there, my opinion on why I do not like her.

Well, bye now, I am going to do my Normal Chinese 5A workbook.

Maybe I'll talk more later though I dunno what more I could talk about.

Hello All! So excited...

Because of 3 things-

1) Today we had Destination ImagiNation Auditions.
2) Going to Xiamen in a day (On Sunday).
3) I went fishing with Nicole and Way in the Mini-Zoo's pond today but we released the little gupps.

PS- Gupps are shortform for guppies.

1) After school and lunch we went back to class and had DI auditions. It was... fun? I liked being the "talker" than the appraiser. But I liked some like Wu You and Clarisse... hehee.

2) I'm going to Xiamen on Sunday, hurray! Need to be at airport by 6.00 and we will meet at the big screen (arrivals and departures) in Terminal 1... so excited!

3) We ate a box of fruits, then went to the Mini-Zoo. Just then, the uncle (who helped the DItectives, which is us, clean up after DI, like moping floor etc.) was opening the Mini-Zoo. So we went in and dipped our hands in the pond. And scoop into the empty fruit box. And when we had , had to go, we put them in again and threw the box away and washed our hands! Was such fun.

Also, tomorrow I am going with my little brother for Orientation at Nan Hua. It's from 9.00am to 12.30am. Luckily I have no piano lessons cuz my teacher is going for a holiday! And neither does my lil' bro.

Hello!

Today i got my math paper 2 and it was way Way WAy WAY below my expectations! I tot it wud be like so much better but i passed by 14 marks. ONLY.

Well, then my Sci teacher wasn't here today so we had to do a project about making a game board. Then my group was short on wires so when I came back I had to search around for wires. Well, I got 2 pieces.

I also went to the Mini-Zoo with Puppy Luver, she taught me how to touch the pond. Then she teach me how to put the bread into the pond and FEED the guppies! Hurray!

Hey! OMG you wont belive wad happened today! Haha...

First at 10am, the Xiamen ppl went to the school library and there was a briefing... here are some points I remember...

1) when in Mei Shan Zhen, we'll be staying in a villa not a hotel and 3 to a room.
2) At the villa there'll be an aunty washing our clothes for us.
3) girls will be on 4th level boys on 3rd
4) Sunday, and the GZPS days we will have to wear NH pe shirts.
5) Monday have to wear blue jeans.

Um... wad else? Haha... oh yea, we need to be at airport by 6! hurray!

Then after sch i stayed back with YAW to do a CIP project. after we finished, we asked a teacher to put it on Mdm Leow's table then there was still some time so we went to the Mini-Zoo in the school. we saw 2 ducks, and there was a "bulge" in one of the ducks so we tot it was going to lay eggy so we were like, oh my god. but everytime is poo or pee haha!

Then the uncle who cleans the school came to the mini-zoo and opened it. He let us go in so we walk in, then he said that the duck is actually juz old so cannot support its fat so now all bulgy down there! Haha we were silly but it was funny! Then the uncle explained to us about so many of the animals, then he said he do not want the guppies in the pond. He gave us strips of bread to throw to the chicken haha! so fun... me and YAW thinking next time maybe bring our own strip of bread, don wanna trouble the uncle!

Oh and before dat, cuz we did some part of our work in class, we heard the windows and door creaking... so we decided to make fren with ghost! we write male and female on the board n thro a pen at it without aiming and did same for the name. So the first ghost became Pauline! so we were both comforted because before dat i was like, TOTALLY Freaked out! LOL. So wheneva got noise we wud tell Pauline-- [when did you get there to touch the door?] OR [Pauline, you know you don't need to open the door to get out... just use the cracks!] haha... we had lots of fun... then we decided to give Pauline a companion... since Pauline is YAW's favourite nickname, I chose Jacqueline... I like Chiles, i pronounce it as Charles, but YAW says CHeee- Lays. I ddin't like that so i wrote Jacqueline! :) But Jacqueline followed me home so I taught her about dinner, computer, phone, handphone, and television, bath etc.

Hello!!!

Yesterday we went to Hort Park... I took loads of photos with the cam that I'm gonna bring to China... juz practising...

ANyway there are many, many photos... I don't wanna post on the blog post coz it'll take ages... :)

We went to Hort Park and walk walk, then after a while suddenly drizzle so we took out our umbrellas and quickly walk a bit more. Then we saw a BIG Wall of Plants or something, I'll show you a picture of it later. When we got back to the car, because my aunt drove us there, we ate some snacks. Hehe!

Then my aunt drove us to Canopy walk.... at least, we tried. there was a part where we were supposed to take a turn, between 2 roads, and we chose canterbury way or something... no walk, only lots of houses. As in real houses like bungalow or whatever. so we drove 1 round or so and then got back to dunno where and finally we had reached Canopy walk.

So we walk, and I collected some saga seeds, and other berries. Later I'll show you their picture too. :) But there were many mosquitoes and now I have 3 mosquito bites on my right leg. We stopped at a little shelter for some more titbits, then we walked to the car and then drove home.

THEN, we went to Bukit Timah plaza and bought lots and lots and lots of things at the NTUC. ALL those things added up to $165! Wow! Luckily there was the car, so we had to transfer the stuff.

Right now, I'm at home and later we are going to Vivo City to have dinner with my another aunt and uncle, and cousins.

Haven't been online for quite a long time...

Because it is exam time! But now exams are almost over.. left with Chinese Listening and I can't revise for that, can I?

I saw a blog called Reading Adventures and something caught my eye... there was some sort of Reading Challenge 08 but participants had to express interest by March 01 so I was much, much too late! Honestly I can read about 2 books in 4 months (thick ones) so if possible maybe next year I can try... but there is PRimary School Leaving Exam next year... :)

Hm... the Thursday that just passed, I had tutition, and it was raining when I came back so I put my umbrella STICK at my sling bag sling so it was pinned to my chest... here are 3 pictures, and I circled the umbrella stick tho it's not very clear...

Today was great... ish.

(1) My younger brother's Kindergarten Graduation Concert's Rehearsal

I'll elaborate on them... firstly is the concert rehearsal.

Because on the actual day, cameras and camcorders are not allowed... so today I took some pictures!!! Muahaha. Crazy right? Here they are...

Hello again...

Just now during breakfast I watched a show called [Pursuit for Happyness] (yea, I know it's happiness but that's how it was spelt) and it is also a True Life story about Christopher Paul Gardner.

So its about this man and his son, one day he realizes that he only has $22.33 in his bank account, so first he takes something from a man in the park, he calls it a time machine, and then he carries it around. So when he goes home that day, his things are all outside of the house, he was kicked out. Then he goes somewhere else to stay. (he goes to a train station Toilet) next day someone told him that at some place, there are free rooms but they have to line up and have to move out the next day. So it goes on for a while... and so on. He eventually becomes a self-made millionaire, owning a stock brokerage (whats dat?) called Gardner Rich & Co.

Hello!

Today was the Social Studies test and English Listening. WAH the SS test was very, very hard...

:(

But the english listening was good... except there was a part where we had to listen and see if the statement was true or false, after the test some of us... say this this is false but others say it is true so that's about the worst part... the rest I think I got it correct. I think.

Also, today I told Puppy Lover about her attitude thingy and I thought she would take insult (I prepared myself) but she was ok... she said that many people had said that about her too... so it was nothing new. Haha!

Tonight my mama will come at 8.00 to fetch us because my aunty is going to Genting Highlands in Malaysia. Yay!

And this weekend my grandmother, grandfather and one of my aunts is coming to Singapore too! Yahoo! Except that my grandmother will gag at the mess in our house. Haha! Then we will have to keep everything up, but then in a few weeks it will be as messy again! Hehe...

Hi all!

I was just reading the newspaper, and I read one article.

Is about this thing, on Hari Raya when they were celebrating in the house, is made of wood.

So it had multiple storeys, for some reason the kitchen was on top so a few relatives were eating cake in the living room downstairs and the others went to the kitchen to get food, then suddenly the kitchen floor collapsed! A few were scalded by hot water and another one dislocated his shoulder but no serious injuries.

Then the newspaper I read said that Guang Ming Daily says that the house is severely infested by termites which probably caused the collapse.

WOW!

SEVERELY infested by termites!

Hey All,

My mom's still at the company D&D (dinner n dance) so Im still at my aunty hse.

Well, on Wednesday (Hari Raya hols remember?) my mama brought us to Science Centre. Well if you're foreigner to my country, Science Centre illustrates scientific concepts etc and makes science VERY interesting.

Well, there was a new section, a temporary one, about water. And I took some pictures--

That's all from the water section. Then I went to another part... I don't know which part that was, but I got to carry a small chick that had just hatched (actually I don't know how long it had hatched--)

my music teacher always says my hand is slanting down from the keyboard so I always try to do what she says- keep my elbows n wrist above the keyboard. but then its not natural (for me). instead, my natural is slanting down. Maybe i'll be the first pianist who's hands slant down.

TOdae go back 2 sch again, but we woke up late haha.
Lucky I yesterday already packed everything... well almost. I didn't bring 2 math worksheets, my science files (at least not so urgent). But luckily I brought wadeva English (referred to as EL from hereon) thing ... my EL teacher (referred to as Ms G from hereon) was really like... angry. Part cuz the exams coming, another cuz my fren didnt bring her EL file.

Then todae I also go 2 tuition lor after enrichment lor. Then got hw etc. Unfair cuz my Tuition Friend (referred to as KT from now on) she is Secondary dunno what already so after her exams she never come now I'm the only one! Wa wa wa!

Well, tomorrow I go to school at 12.30 because is the Primary School Leaving Exams Writing (referred to as PSLE). Yea... in the morning maybe can do some filing... then revise for tomorrow's Unit Test. (UT) and is Chinese (CL).

I went to the kitchen, peeled some bananas and cut them into slices then arranged then into a smiley face on a plate.

I call it Banana Breakfast. Great alliteration? Alliteration is when the first 2 words of a sentence start with the same letter... and it must be purposely.

Then I made coffee (for mama) and milk (for my brother).

Then I made cards for my mama and brother.

OK so today we went for class as usual, but we can wear own clothes! We saw other classes in the themes, but we got Secret Weapon-- 密密武器! Haha!

So after PE, my Math Teacher AND CME teacher (if you're wondering, they're the same 1 person) came in and give out present then we brought our food down to the canteen for the party!

So we partied.

Then we went to the school library to "thank" all the parents who helped, some of us plae piano.

Then we went to class to get our secret weapon,

Uh huh--- but! We wear the clothe into a TOGA (what the greeks wore last tiem) and our head dress has leafes (fake or real) on it. Mine was real leafs and hard to paste LOL but I tell you probs the most silly. Haha!

So we went to watch the performance. There was one where the school had hired some people to come and perform. Is about making music without the use of instruments, only voices. So it was like, so pro and cooL!!!

There was Sop 1, sop 2, MIDDLE, alt 1 and 2, and base. (they're the roles of people) (sop means soprano and alt means alto)

So I liked the base cuz the person was beatboxing, he taught us--

There are 3 types of instruments they use-- 1 is the drum that u step a pedal- POM
2 is the snare drum- ZET (put tip o tongue to top o mouth and suuuuck!) 3 is the cymbals- TZE (hiss! but staccato)

Hello all!

I havent posted cuz I sorta bz la...

Firstly, the OLD news haha!

On Sunday I went to my mom's friends wedding dinner at Clarke Quay, the Novotel. When we were near there we bought a lantern, one for me and one my bro, from ppl doing the President's Challenge. Also got buy a lightstick...

We ate lots of food, my fav was the Yam Ring (nicknamed by me then Yum Ring!!) and the dessert (Mango pudding) but then there was pomelo in it so not nice already cuz its so bitter!

AND THEN, i think next day or something My bro's lightstick spoilt leh! Probs is the sticks useless so I keeping mine as good condition as possible. Uh huh.

Next comes Tuesday, coz is the day I test my Scoliosis. Thats when the spine is "twisted" towards one side and the shoulder bone or wadeva its called, when bending down can see one higher than the other. Mines the left. So I was like super nervous but the nurse was kind then I dunnid wear braces, I am abt 2-3 degrees, oni abt 5 degrees or more then oni nid braces but i heard its uncomfortable so i'd rather not!

Then after that I go to Chinese Garden and see lanterns, plaed lanterns, fun but tiring when i get home i do hw, then i slept. LOL.

Then is today liao lor. Today I checked my Chicken Smoothies, here they are--

Today morning I woke up then i remember last wkend my mama say if i wake up on Sundays must go n buy newspaper n food so i go tell my mama she say if wanna get the newspaper mus hury hury!

so i take 10 dollar and go down and bought the food is the first time i bought the food instead of my mama. then my mama was like, whoa! real or wad...

Just now I went downstairs to plae candles, yay!

I got some wax on my hands, and also some wax colouring on my hands. All reddish and hard to wash away. Haha!

So I put lots of candles together and then i took a stick and put a few fireworks on it, then i lit it all up and hang the stick across the monkey bars, yay! After it done I take and throw. Then also got another one we put many candles together, and the wax, and the paper boxes also we burnt it all.

Then I blew, it didnt go out ( the fire), so i sprinkle water then when we going back my mom said- Jus pour the WHOLE thing on that fire! So i did and PSSSSST it went out!

Ok... go to my post about the Chicken Smoothie Adoptables, because my Butterfly Wolf has become a cocoon!

Hi! Great day today... you might be wondering what I'm doing at home now, since Im supp 2 be at tuition now...

Well, good news! (for me).

Just now I went to tuition after school, then I sat there thinking- why must kids be sent to tuition after a day at school, and sum more today there was enrichment! So I was thinking, how good it would be if the tuition teacher would just dismiss me today... then I could go home!

Then my tuition teacher say she had to go out, so she went a while. When she came back, she told me that- Her nephew has high fever (not good at all) and she has to send him to the hospital so I will go home! (gooooood news! Aint I psychic? haha)

So Im home now! If not I would oni be home l8r at 7.00+... well Im early so... wadeva.

Tomorrow is the PSLE listening, good luck to the P6es! Well that means we dunnid go to school until 6.30 for the Mid Autumn Festival, and even that is optional. But not for me, I have to be there by 3.30 because I have to practice Band, we're performing... hiaz. WEll.... makes me proud. Hope ppl will enjoy!

Hi all!

Well today I saw that the presents have opened already, you scroll down and see! Is the puppies with the candles and stuff. I dunno if will change again but I hope not. It's very pretti now.

Anyway, my good things for the day--

1) I handed in my mask (even tho teacher asked me to add ears so I had to take it back.)
2) I paid lots of attention during the AWIT presentations.
3) My class was one of the best behaved when assembling aft reccess ( at least I tink the tc said so.)
4) I managed to do my math (mock) test paper quite well... most of the questions I could do.
5) I did as much of my homework as I could very fast!

And I finished reading the book that I was reading. Yea!

I decided to set SOME realistic goals--

1) Do at least 5 good things per day.

Hey, ppl!

Today was great and fun and full of new stuff!

Well in the morning it was just normal, going to music class, then after that we went to the library.

And blah.

Then we bought a new Nokia phone for me (N6500) because my old one sometimes Hang. And then we went to collect my new specs.

Then we went home, packed, and cycled to Jurong Swimming Pool and swim!

Finally!!!

I pester my mom for soooo long and finally she brings us swimming, yahoo!

So first we went to the mushroom pool to get wet. Yea! And we went into the shower thing a few times. Then, we went to the WAVEEEEE Pool. The wave came and we keep being washed back to shore haha. FUNN!

Theeen we went to the playground pool, then the baby pool. Then we went to the Lazy Pool where we juz let the tide push us. Yay! I sat on the float with my broo. AFter that we went to the slides. or, I went to the slides. Mama and my bro juz waited for me down there but it was very very fun! Yea! The life guard at the slide even taught me how to sit as it was my first time. I went 3 times in total! Then we went to the Jacuzzi pool where there are jets of water to "massage" u. We went back to some of the other places then we went home.

Yesterday was fun fun fun...!?!

I went to PUp Luvers hse for project agin n this time was great (if you read my Before post(s)...) yea!

Fun laaa, I stayed a bit longer than the rest to discuss the works, then when going home was great laaa...

I just LUV her hammy! (um, hamster)

I wish can have a hamster or a puppee!

I am persistent for a hammy or pup but my mum is persistent AGAINST a hammy or pup, or anypet else for that matter!

SAD SAD SAD, I mean virtual pets are fine, but then up to a certain extent. If it was a hamster I could take it out to scriblle scrabble on my hands n get a hamster cage (the sort that have the wheel tingy!) n stroke it and stuff... and if was a pup I could take it out to walk and plae with it, and bring it around with me! It'll be so cute, can teach it tricks...

Today wuz the first day of the September Hols! And also Teachers' Day!

Today was a sorta project dae la, so I go to school meet Pup Luver and she bring me to her hse then the other team members came too. Then we practiced and blahs, quite funs lah. Haha.

Then when time 2 go home liao, my Dad called and asked about where's the bus stop I'm taking the bus home so I not THAT sure, so I asked my "Host". And for some reason this "Host" (AKA Pup Luver) was pissed off at that time, dunno why, so our conversation is as folows-

Host- Keming lah!
Me- So what road is Keming on?
Host- How would I know???

Psst- Iznt it common sense 2 noe wad streets ur sch on? 4example my school (now) is on Jalan Lempeng Clementi... I bet she noes dat too. Wads tis attitude ???

Me- Uh... so is the bus stop opposite Ke Ming or at the same side?
Host- SAME SIDE, like, DUH?!?

So, la la la we walk down, and as you SHOULD know, a host SHOULD bring their guests to where they're alighting/ going off, right??? Yea, so we stopped at some sorta exercise corner, the other guest who was going 2 the same bus stop as me, he stop there to play.. (Psst- Um, so host stopped too?) uh huh so I was sorta in a rush, so--

Today was great... and tiring!

In the morning my mom woke me up and she said we'll be cyclin out 4 breakfast.

Then my bro wanna set up the tent at home so we had to look for the tent and then set it up LOL.

Then after that we pumped up our bicycles and discovered that there was a hole in 1 of da inna tubs of the bic (mine)

So we went out on the other one first, then when we come home, we rest, then we went outt cycling again at around 5.00 and go to SO many plaegrounds and bla bla and then in the end we were so tiiiiired! (at least me n mama was, my bro didnt neet to cycle he was juz sitting comfortably bhind!)

BUT...

Tomorrow got a project a Puppy Lover's hse and I have no means of getting there.

Today,

I sorta skipped school but is not like truant is like with permission.

We (Ms Ego, Puppa Lova, Mac Champ, Wils, QF, Ode, MY and Sci tc n me) went to Nan Yang Polytechnic for a Young Innovators' Fair 2008.

There was a small competition, is like, have to build some routes, AKA highway, with given materials in a short time and the marble provided will have to go as slow as possible. So we did, and at first we were like slacking, but then after that we very on task we kept do this do that very gd and so on. And if not for the cost of the materials (fake lah, of course) we would have won but nvm.

We also went to the "show", is juz a showcase of the different schools their good IVP stuff. If i'm not wrong, lah. Yea... some creations really cool lah. Like the extendable hanger. But then is like DUH, from my school (thats wad some ppl wud say) but its really cool. You should go, sometime.

So fun!

But now I got lots of hw... haha.

So I went there then turned out the tuition teacher not home, no one home, the maid no keys so I waited outside. LOL. ...

And today was the last test of the term... English test.

Quite ok, except the 2nd phrasal verb... and the finish the sentence that one... the rest are quite alright. :)

Tomorrow me and some others and science teacher is going to the Innovation Fair thingy at Nan Yang or where....

Science practical, like, do experiments? Yea...

Fun lah, don feel like test the oni ting is tat cant tok 2 fren else considered CHEAT.

CHEATah LOL

Got all the experiments, one is drawing the specimen,

Another is fill a measuring cylinder with water the put washers in it. Washers as in the circle thing with the hole in the middle, not whoever washes the clothes or wad. (if you really thot is someone who washes stuff ar, WHOA! HOw to put inside measuring cylinder, lah)

Then got the most fun and tedious one haha... Must put marbles in a styro cup and put cup sling on the cup and hang the sling from a S-hook and attach to a spring and attach 2 another S-hook and attach to table then measure and measure. But then have to draw the graph... harder. HAha...

2 more exams to go, yay!

At that time they were only 12 or so, but her talent had already been realized. Sad... true enough, Zhang Y.N. is now the world's 1st!!!

Hi alls...

Today was "Immunisation Day" so called.

We did checkups. Like eye test.

Got eye test, seeing the letters. My eyes like so CONTRAST.
Left eye like cannot really see the small letters,
But right eye ar, see the small letter so easy peasy chicken feed!

So it seems like my right eye better than left.
Also got the colour blindness test.
ALSO easy peasy chickens feed!

Got the backbone test too.
The nurse say I got dunno wad teeny problem.
Will have a letter to go to the clinic. Probably will be in the Health Book when they return but haven't yet so... RELAX for now!

Then lastly got injection...
BUT got 2!
2 leh!
Anyway, the first one was on my right arm, was like... when putting in no feeling when pull out the super pain. Then put cotton wool on top. After a while not pain liao.

The second one was on the left arm (unfortunately... you'll see why, soon enough)... they give us some SUPER BITTER medicine. BLEH>>> then inject... also the same, put in no feel pull out super pain... Then put cotton wool on top. After a while- STILL PAIN! LOL. Some more I write with left hand. ... Haiyo...

So long no posted.

Today we celebrated National Day...

Only 2 hrs of school leh!

I wore my last year's WU SHU red T- shirt with a Golden Nan Hua behind...

Afterall, for now, Fashion's not so important... YET.

When I got to school, some songs were playing. So loud ar, I outside the sch also can hear liao. LOL right.

When I got in ar, we had some time then after that we started the stuff.

Mrs Lee read out the National Day Message...
Also got some Uniform Groups bring in the National Anthem, at that time they play the music like Wedding like dat LOL!
And also got Sing National Anthem and say pledge (LOL OF COURSE)

And got "sing-a-song-of-sixpence"!

Then we got some Sing Song Competition then fun fun then go home lor.

Hello again, haven't posted for a long time!

Wuz supposed 2 go swimming tis wkends but now everyone's sick n no one can go... LOLS

I handed up my compo today. I did my best and hope I get the bestest marks too! HAHA

Also we cut our "balloon mask". Is like we blow a balloon and stick 7 layers of used/news paper on it, then when we're down we pop the balloon and cut the balloon into half. Each half should fit the person's face. LOL

Wad else? Wassup. Noting muchs. I LOVE my story writing ability LOL!

Remember the previous post, I said I'd tell ya all abt Destination ImagiNation (AKA DI)? Ya... here it is now in some of my words and some of NOT my words.

Well... DI is fun, time, team work, problem solving, rush, disappointment, USA, pin trading, aeroplanes, and most importantly, DUCT TAPE! (don wory is juz a type of tape!)

So there was this audition cuz in each team there could only be 7 people at most. And OBVIOUSLY i wuz in... our team JUZ NICE 7 ppl! So then we chose a challenge. Im too lazy to describe. :D So we did all our preparations for the 1st competition in Singapore. The best teams in each category are picked to go to the US! So... on the day of the competition we went to RI! We perform, very nervous leh! Jump here jump there cant sit down haha. Anyway... was fuuun!

And we pass lah.

We dismantle the props and then find box to put them in.
Then we flllllyyyyyyyyyy to US.
It was fun.

But I dunno how to express in words.

Then we reassemble the props
and practice
and traded pins with people from other countries,
and had fun chilling out in our rooms.

Hey! Today gonna tell you 2 events...

Monday- I forgot there was the Road Safety Park games, but anyway it was ok! So we went and there was something like amazing race. There were the pedestrians, cyclists and drivers. Cyclists and drivers are supposed to cycle or drive go-karts and pedestrians will just walk. The pedestrians will have to make sure they do not get "knocked down" and the cyclists and drivers are to try not to "knock down" the pedestrians. So, once we were ready to go, we started walking (I was pedestrian). We went to 5 stations where there were questions, and when we answered them correctly, the marshalls at the station will sign our paper. The marshalls would also look out for when we did not abide by the road safety rules, we would be given demerit points. But luckily, me and my friend did not get any demerits, yahoo! When we got back we were allowed to rest and juz laze around. So thats exactly wad we did! Haha. Very fun. Hope we will get the certificate. Only the 4/5 best ppl in the class will get... unfair?!? We DID take part, afterall!

Tuesday (today)- Today was the day of the presentation about Destination Imagination! (will tell ya abt it next post) Teacher asked us to be there at 6.50. I was there 20 minutes earlier, my frenz all say I enthu LOL. Then we wore our costumes, and TADA! started to present. So fun! After the last slide, the video of our presentation in the US (abt Destination Imagination agin, not to wury) was shown. At that time, me and my friend ran up to class to get the card! We were like, so gan chiong LOL. Like so... anxious lor. Afraid teacher would see us etc. But anyway we got the card. Our members said our teacher didnt even realize we were missing, LOL! NVM so fun! We were all like, hurry up, get the card! And also like, slow down, video! But then in the end the principal took the stage so cant present on stage liao lor. So we went backstage, then someone started "Um teacher..." "Wad?" "We made a card for you..." [Presents the card"] LOL! :D Glad we came up with the idea. Very creative hor? LOL Thats DI for u!

Lots of things happened today! Lemme explain a lil' bit...

Today, 21 of July, is...
A festival day. Lemme describe the day, and u can try to guess, then I will give ya the answer!

Anyway, many of my friends and schoolmates were wearing costumes for example Cheong Sams and Kebayas. It was... very "colourful" in our school! Red and pink and white was everywhere! The lower primary were very excited, too.

After morning assembly, we all returned to class. I tried to concentrate in class, but I was secretly anticipating the events during the later part of the day. I think EVERYONE could not concentrate! After the seemingly interminable wait, it was time for reccess! Today was special- today, our reccess would be for 1 hour and there would be little "food stores" set up in the canteen and "game stores" set up in the foyer!

Once we were dismissed, we quickly went for reccess. We could smell the satays cooking, we could hear our friends playing... most of all, we could sense the excitement in everyone! There were satays at 3 for $1.20, fishballs at 3 for $1, Muah Chee at a bowl for $0.50, Ice/Jelly pops for $0.50 per stick, and much, much more! I tried some of the food, but the queues were so long that it seemed we would never get our food.

Finally, after eating, we went to the foyer to chat, and watch as our friends played the games. There were games like congkak, chapteh and snake and ladder. Unfortunately, we had no time to try any of the games as we had to assemble at the hall. Waiting for us in the hall, were dancers and emcees and presenters etc. We watched a few dances, Malay and Indonesion. I think that the Indonesion one was... scarier because the dancer, as part of the dance, would do something to his eyes. I am not criticizing the dance but because I wasnt used to it, it sorta looked weird and scary for me. There was also a sharing on the Pen Pal programme by our fellow schoolmates, and finally a presentation about ______ __________ _____ (PS- I will only reveal these 3 words at the end of the post!).

After the great performance, we went back to class and continued class... until the end of school. Then, my gd friend had to stay back so I went home on my own. As it was raining, I stopped to take my umbrella out. Just then, my... "enemy cum friend" (LOL) came forward... lemme tell u how we became ... wad we are now...

Riing! The dismissal bell rang. We had just finish filing for math and my Then Best Friend (my Now Enemy Cum Friend) was trying to clear up her table. To help, I picked up her math file and put it back in the shelf for her. She seemed to be angry and was angry eva since...

LOL! That was lame... but sorta true :D
OK so SHE came up to me, asked if I wanna go Jurong Lib with her. I couldnt as... my mom wouldnt allow so I juz... said no. But we took the same bus, and on the bus, although aawkward, we had a great chat, laughing as if we had been best friends for years. Haha. It was like, Santa Claus fulfilled my wish 5 months early of Christmas. Haha! Anyway, if I can (and I've asked the permission of my mom) next time I will invite her to go to Jurong Lib agin. Sounds fun!!!
